1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and dicebet ("dicebet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the dicebet website located at dicebet.cc and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on dicebet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dicebet Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the dicebet Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use dicebet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the dicebet Platform.

dicebet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) dicebet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. dicebet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dicebet login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify dicebet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. dicebet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

dicebet reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to your dicebet account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among others. dicebet does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your dicebet account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by dicebet at any time with reasonable notice.

dicebet processes withdrawal requests subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is approved. dicebet targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.

dicebet reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, dicebet may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

All transactions on dicebet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the User.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dicebet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. dicebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in arbitrage betting — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

dicebet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings that were awarded in error or obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the dicebet Platform:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or dicebet's systems.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engage in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any such bugs must be reported to dicebet support immediately.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or dicebet staff.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the dicebet Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video, is the property of dicebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the dicebet Platform without the prior written consent of dicebet.

8. Privacy & Data

dicebet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dicebet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and dicebet cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dicebet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

dicebet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, dicebet's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall dicebet's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dicebet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dicebet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

10. Termination

dicebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement.

You may close your dicebet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination of your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dicebet Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

dicebet operates with awareness of and in compliance with applicable regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other relevant Philippine regulatory bodies. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit dicebet's obligations under applicable Philippine law.

12. Changes to Terms

dicebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dicebet will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the dicebet Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
